We are seeking VSAT ENGINEER & IT SUPPORT who are ready to handle the installation and maintenance of Satellite Communication Systems (VSAT) while supporting internal IT infrastructure. This position requires strong technical skills and a willingness to work in the field and office.

*Roles:*

 Installation and configuration of VSAT devices (BUC, LNB, modem, antenna)

 Troubleshooting of VSAT network and satellite communication disturbances

 Setup and maintenance of office LAN/WAN networks

 Daily user support (software, printer, PC, network)

 Technical documentation & work reports

 Ready to travel to project locations (remote areas)

*Qualification:*

 Minimum education D3/S1 Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or Informatics

 Have at least 1 year experience in the field of VSAT and/or IT Support

 Able to operate network devices (Mikrotik, Cisco, or equivalent)

 Accustomed to installing Windows/Linux OS, and troubleshooting user computers

 Able to use measuring instruments such as spectrum analysers (added value)

 Plus Points If You Have: Technical certification (iDirect, Mikrotik MTCNA, CCNA, etc.)

 Willing to work out of town or in remote locations

 Have a SIM A or C (preferred)
