VP TALENT BUSINESS SOLUTION
This position will be responsible for managing team in terms of generating leads that includes qualifying leads, retaining, and expanding existing relationships, and following up inquiries from potential leads. You will provide consultation in order to identify the best assessments to help clients select and develop the right people for the right roles. You will handle premium accounts independently.
• Manage team related to sales target assigned
• Regularly visit clients to build and develop relationships
• Dealing with senior management and top leaders from various industries (hence, needs to be able to have good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment; and analyze their needs in Talent Assessment or People).
• Experience in handling consultancy well with organizational changes.
• Ad-hoc assignments or projects as assigned by the Management
• Actively develop knowledge to generate business pipeline.
• Candidates with at least 5 years of solid experience in a similar capacity will be highly preferred
• Knowledge of Talent Assessment and People Development will be an added advantage
• Strong negotiation skill and persuasive selling skill
• Well-versed in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Energetic, positive can-do attitude, adept to fast-paced environment
• A natural team player with strong interpersonal skills
