Job Description:
- Design, manage, and develop strategic marketing and sales policies for all company products.
- Analyze market needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to develop effective strategies
- Lead and analyze the performance of the Sales & Marketing team in achieving sales targets
- Lead the execution of campaign events and integrated marketing programs across digital and traditional channels
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of Sales & Marketing and leadership experience.
- Deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies.
- Experienced in analyzing market trends and data.
- Able to comprehend data to help company attain customer satisfaction
- Proficient in English communication
