- Leading commercial team to create, implement, and monitor end-to-end commercial initiatives across various functions such as performance commercial, events, social media marketing, product commercial and partnerships
- Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming significant growth
- Using and optimising data analytic for decision making and evaluating marketing effectiveness
- Working and collaborating actively with other departments to achieve targets for leads, pipeline and revenue
- Manage commercial budget and expenditures
- Build and expand an enduring network of clients
- Develop the commercial strategy
- Guide the commercial leadership team to establish the necessary standard operating procedures, execution guidelines and codify the continuously improving best practices to enhance execution at scale, nationally.
- Build the commercial organization to be world-class and nurture future leaders and commercial experts.
- Collaborate closely within a cross-functional team (with Supply Chain, Marketing, Technology/Product, Finance, Legal, Business Intelligence, etc) to ultimately deliver profitable growth.
- Currently status: still working in e-commerce company
- Bachelor's Degree of Marketing Communication, Advertising, Business or any related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as VP/Head of Commercial or any relevant field in start-ups or agencies
- Proven experience designing and implementing marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of SEO, web analytics, Google Adwords and other digital marketing tools and techniques
- Have proven track record of playing a key role in driving rapid sales growth – EITHER from millions to billions IDR per month AND/OR from billions to hundreds of billions IDR per month – while protecting or even improving profitability
- Have directly train B2B sales team before
