Responsibilities:
- Forecast voucher requirements using historical sales, current inventory, promotional plans, seasonality, and sales targets.
- Allocate sufficient voucher inventory to each sales channel and adjust allocations based on demand.
- Manage voucher inventory and monitor stock availability, aging, and expiration dates.
- Prioritize the sale of vouchers approaching expiration to minimize financial losses.
- Verify voucher details, including value, validity, eligible products, and terms and conditions, before issuance.
- Ensure voucher codes are accurately recorded, securely stored, and properly distributed.
- Monitor voucher sales and redemptions across internal systems and third-party platforms.
- Reconcile voucher inventory, sales, redemptions, expired stock, and provider records.
- Investigate voucher code errors, failed redemptions, inventory discrepancies, and customer complaints.
- Work with Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Marketing, IT, and voucher providers to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor suspicious voucher activity and report potential fraud or security breaches.
- Support voucher promotions and ensure sufficient inventory is available before campaigns begin.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory, sales, redemption rates, forecast accuracy, expiring stock, and financial exposure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Min two years of relevant experience in operations, e-commerce, finance, customer service, or digital voucher management.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems, digital platforms, voucher management tools, and databases.
- Able to troubleshoot basic system, integration, and voucher-code issues.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of inventory control, reconciliation, data security, and fraud prevention.
- Able to manage multiple voucher products and sales channels.
- Fluent in English.
