Job Description

We are looking for an experienced voice room manager professional in the Voice Room / Live Audio Platform industry to help grow the Agency amount and improve platform performance.

Responsibilities

  1. Actively recruit voice room agency on a daily basis
  2. Achieve agency amount and performance targets
  3. Ensure Agency successfully join the platform
  4. Provide briefings to agency regarding platform usage
  5. Manage agency and help them to improve their performance and reach income and active target
  6. Prepare and deliver SOPs for agency onboarding briefings
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with agency

Qualifications

  1. Previous experience as a Voice Room manager at voice room App is mandatory
  2. Comfortable working with recruitment targets and under pressure
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
  4. Understand the agency recruitment process (screening, interview, onboarding)
  5. Experienced in handling a large number of agency within a short period
  6. Proactive, target-oriented, and quick to adapt
  7. Candidates with voice room agency resources will be given priority
