We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser who will help create a premium and consistent retail experience across our stores, exhibitions, and retail activations.
- Creating displays that are visually appealing while helping customers understand our products.
- Maintaining consistent visual merchandising standards across all Billstone retail locations.
- Supporting product launches, campaigns, exhibitions, and seasonal displays.
- Working closely with different teams to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

Outcomes You’ll Be Responsible For
- Create and maintain visual merchandising standards across all Billstone retail touchpoints.
- Optimize product displays, store layouts, signage, and visual materials to deliver a premium shopping experience.
- Support product launches, campaigns, exhibitions, pop-up stores, and seasonal activations.
- Visit stores regularly to ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained.
- Work closely with Marketing, Retail, Operations, Warehouse, and external vendors on visual merchandising projects.
- Evaluate store displays and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and brand presentation.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Display, Interior Retail, or a related field.
- Good understanding of visual merchandising, product display, store layout, customer journey, and retail presentation.
- Experience supporting campaigns, exhibitions, retail activations, or product launches is a plus.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar design software.
- Willing to travel to stores and support on-site projects.
- Experience in luxury retail, premium brands, furniture, home living, jewelry, watches, lifestyle, or consumer electronics is an advantage.
