Position: Visual Merchandiser
Job Description :
- Develop and execute visual merchandising concepts aligned with brand identity and retail objectives.
- Handle end-to-end VM projects, from concept development, design, budgeting, material preparation, and installation to final evaluation.
- Execute store displays, window displays, promotional areas, booths, and event installations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Conduct store visits to implement, monitor, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Manage project timelines, materials, and costs to ensure efficient execution.
- Prepare visual documentation and project reports for evaluation and improvement.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in fashion retail.
- Able to manage and execute projects independently from planning to installation.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, or AutoCAD.
- Strong hands-on skills in display setup, styling, layout planning, and installation.
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Good project management, coordination, and communication skills.
- Willing to travel to stores and work on-site as required.
