Job Requirement
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree from any major
- Minimum have 2 years of experience as Visual Merchandiser
- Experience at beauty industry will be plus
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Have a skill to managing POSM ( Hanging Banner, Wobler, POP, Easle, price holder) dan VMD Point
- Have a skill to displaying the product and POSM
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good analytical skills and team work
- Have a skill to create the report and presentation
- Have a skill to using graphic design tools
- Willing to work WFO and visit store
- Have a private vehicle
Job Description
- Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy
- Create attractive visual displays (window displays, signage, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotional displays) that can increase sales.
- Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store, pick and buy products.
- Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays
- Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result that act in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market
- Develop, revise and present design ideas with assistant merchandisers
- Oversee the production and brief staff on arranging displays
- Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
- Liaise with suppliers and source elements
