Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Communication Design, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the retail fashion or visual merchandising industry.
- Proficient in design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other rendering tools.
- Strong understanding of space design principles, lighting, color, and product placement.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills for coordinating with vendors, contractors, and third parties.
- Familiar with permit processes and store operations in mall or shopping center environments.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and willing to travel for out-of-town store/pop-up projects.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly initiative-driven.
- A portfolio of previous visual merchandising projects is a plus.
Job Descriptions :
- Design and implement store visual layouts, window displays, and store interiors in accordance with brand guidelines and promotional campaigns.
- Develop concepts and visualizations for product displays to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to align visual displays with promotional and branding strategies.
- Prepare design briefs and technical specifications for construction or renovation projects, including store, booths and pop-up stores.
- Negotiate with vendors and contractors for the production of visual materials, furniture, signage, and minor civil works.
- Monitor project timelines and budgeting for store decor and property related activities and maintain store conditions regularly, including repairs, display element replacements, or visual area maintenance.
- Responsible for permit applications and communication with mall management or event organizers, including all operational requirements during project execution.
