VISUAL DESIGNER
Are you a Visual Designer that considers yourself as consistent, creative in delivering kick-ass visual design and able to work with the team and want to have a new place to continuously grow your career and capabilities?
Fokus Target as a modern demand generation and digital agency that is already recognized by Top companies such as Microsoft, Dell, HPE, IBM, Lenovo, Cisco, SAP, Tech Data, NetApp, etc is growing rapidly from 3 employees to 60 employees in less than 3 years. We are also able to pivot our business during a pandemic and grow even stronger by keeping adding teams and launching new services.
What We Need:
- Able to create a kick-ass visual design that our client and internal loved (Online and offline)
- Proactively involved with team and client to come up with creative ideas and design
- Presenting ideas and design for the key project to deliver the right message to the client and internal
- Mixing the consumer taste to our corporate client that will disrupt the design styles for most of our IT clients
- Integrate AI tools into design workflows, enchancing efficiency and creative output
What You Need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree, majoring DKV (Visual Communication Design) or other related majors
- Growth mindset and willing to keep learning to keep up with trend and market demand
- Min 2 years’ experience and have an awesome portfolio in design and motion
- Have ability to create 2D Motion Graphics & 3D Design is a plus
- Have experience to design with output for a virtual event and digital/online media
- Have Strong understanding Key visual, Masthead, Microsite, Landing Page & Social media content.
- Proficient in utilizing design software, including Adobe Family & Sketchup
- Team player and able to work independently to deliver client and internal expectation under tight deadlines
- Able to communicate in Bahasa and English
- Creative and detail-oriented
