Visa & Immigration Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end expatriate visa and work permit processes, including RPTKA, Notification, E-Visa, KITAS, and KITAP applications.
• Coordinate with Immigration Offices, Ministry of Manpower, and other relevant government institutions.
• Prepare, review, and verify immigration-related documents to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor visa validity, renewals, extensions, and status changes.
• Provide support and guidance to expatriates regarding immigration and work permit requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all immigration cases.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in visa, immigration, or expatriate management.
• Good understanding of Indonesian immigration and manpower regulations.
• Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Willing to work in the field and travel when required.
• Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A/C); able to drive is a plus.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
