SPUN is seeking a Visa Officer to oversee and execute end-to-end visa application processes while ensuring full compliance with embassy and visa center regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail, solid research capability, and the ability to manage multiple applications in a fast-paced environment. The Visa Officer will act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, embassies, and third-party partners to ensure smooth and accurate visa processing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute end-to-end visa application processes in accordance with embassy and visa center requirements.
- Review, verify, and validate client documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Conduct research on visa regulations, special visa categories, and policy updates across multiple countries.
- Prepare and handle visa forms, supporting documents, and application submissions.
- Coordinate with embassies, visa centers, third-party service providers, and internal teams.
- Schedule visa appointments and guide clients through required procedures.
- Provide clear instructions, regular updates, and status reports to clients throughout the visa process.
- Maintain accurate records and update application statuses in internal systems.
- Support field operations and attend visa appointments when required.
- Identify potential risks or issues in applications and proactively recommend solutions.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in visa processing, travel agency operations, or visa application centers (must-have).
- Strong understanding of embassy procedures, visa regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent research, organizational, and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in English (written and conversational) is required.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and digital tools.
