Deskripsi pekerjaan Visa Officer - Intern SPUN (PT Solutopia Untuk Nusantara)
SPUN is seeking a Visa Officer Intern - Multi Region to support and execute end-to-end visa application processes while ensuring compliance with embassy and visa center requirements. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The intern will assist in coordinating visa applications and supporting communication between clients, internal teams, embassies, and third-party partners.
Working Conditions
- Location: South Jakarta (Hybrid WFH + WFO)
- Type: Internship (minimum 6 Months)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support end-to-end visa application processes in accordance with embassy and visa center requirements.
- Review, verify, and validate client documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Prepare and handle visa forms, supporting documents, and application submissions.
- Coordinate with embassies, visa centers, third-party service providers, and internal teams.
- Schedule visa appointments and guide clients through required procedures.
- Provide clear instructions, regular updates, and status reports to clients throughout the visa process.
- Maintain accurate records and update application statuses in internal systems.
- Support field operations and attend visa appointments when required.
- Identify potential risks or issues in applications and proactively communicate them to the team.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate from Tourism, Hospitality, International Relations, or related fields.
- Willing to work full Work From Office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in English (written and conversational) is required.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and digital tools.
- Understanding of embassy procedures, visa regulations, and documentation requirements is a plus point.
