Job Description
- Supervise and oversee the visa and immigration processes for clients, ensuring all applications are handled accurately and on time.
- Handle and monitor RPTKA, e-Visa, ITAS/KITAS, stay permit extensions, status changes, and other immigration-related applications.
- Review documents and ensure all requirements are complete and accurate before submission.
- Monitor the progress of each application and follow up with relevant government institutions.
- Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the visa and immigration process.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, Ministry of Manpower, Immigration Offices, and other relevant institutions.
- Provide regular updates and reports regarding ongoing applications and team progress.
- Assign and distribute tasks among the visa team according to workload and priorities.
- Guide, supervise, and evaluate team members to ensure work quality and productivity.
- Ensure the team follows applicable immigration procedures and internal company standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visa, immigration, or foreign manpower administration.
- Hands-on experience handling RPTKA, e-Visa, ITAS/KITAS, stay permit extensions, status changes, and other related immigration processes is required.
- Strong understanding of the procedures and systems of the Ministry of Manpower and Directorate General of Immigration.
- Able to independently handle documentation, monitor applications, resolve issues, and coordinate with relevant government institutions.
- Previous experience in supervising or leading a visa/immigration team is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good client-handling skills and comfortable communicating directly with clients.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, for daily business communication.
- Existing professional connections within the manpower and immigration sectors are a plus.
