About the role
As a Visa & Document Internship, you will be responsible for handling visa applications and managing travel-related documentation to ensure all processes run smoothly, accurately, and in accordance with requirements. You will also coordinate with applicants and external partners such as visa agents and embassies to support the company’s travel operations. This position is based in Slipi, Jakarta Barat.
What you'll be doing
- Assist with preparing, reviewing, and lodging visa application documents.
- Collect required information and coordinate with applicants.
- Maintain and update visa status trackers and document databases.
- Organise and file documents while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Communicate with external partners (visa agents, embassies) for application updates.
- Support general administrative tasks related to documentation.
What we're looking for
- Currently studying in Tourism, Administration, or a related field.
- No prior work experience required; experience in administration, visa handling, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Good communication, negotiation skills, and ability to work with sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail, accurate, and comfortable with data entry tasks.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team with a professional and service-oriented attitude.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Certifications (if any).
- Languages: Bahasa Indonesia & English.
