As our Visa Administration Officer, you will be the core engine behind our smooth immigration operations, ensuring our clients’ applications move seamlessly from submission to approval.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Management: Efficiently handle VOA (Visa on Arrival), Visa C, and Visa D applications from start to finish.
- System Operations: Process applications directly through the official Molina system.
- Record Keeping & Updates: Consistently maintain and update ITK records.
- Tracking & Accountability: Monitor and follow up on critical expiration reminders while maintaining accurate tracking files and reports.
- Team Synergy: Coordinate smoothly with our operational teams to keep everyone aligned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Indonesian immigration administrative processes.
- Familiarity or direct hands-on experience with the Molina system.
- Exceptional attention to detail and sharp organizational skills (missing deadlines isn't an option for a Legend!).
- A collaborative mindset and great communication skills to coordinate with internal teams.
