Deskripsi pekerjaan Visa Admin and Social Media Marketing Staff PT. Kuantum Marina Global

PT Kuantum Marina Global is looking for a dedicated Visa Admin & Social Media Marketing to join our amazing team at our Bali Branch Office.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth visa processing for our crew members. Along with administrative duties, you will also have exciting opportunities to support and drive creative marketing campaigns for Kuantum Academy!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and ensure smooth and timely visa application processes for the crew.
Support and execute creative social media marketing strategies for Kuantum Academy.
Collaborate with the team on daily operational administration and promotional needs.

Qualifications:

🎓 Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.

🎂 Age requirement: 21 - 35 years old.

💼 Experienced in Visa processing or working in Manning Agencies.

🗂️ Strong organizational skills and highly detail-oriented.

🤝 Ability to work excellently both independently and as part of a team.

⭐ BONUS POINT: Experience in Graphic Design (familiar with Canva & Adobe Illustrator) and Video Editing is a strong plus!
