Deskripsi pekerjaan Virtual Coach Fita
Fita is a health-tech platform that aims to plug the preventive healthcare gap in Indonesia with localized content that has been curated by certified fitness trainers & nutritionists.
We are looking for an exceptional Virtual Coach who has a passion for building products to accelerate healthier, happier life. Virtual coaches should have all the basic requirements needed to perform the coaching activities within Fita. This will allow fitness-based coaches to have basic nutrition knowledge in order to perform coaching within Fita, and vice versa.
Fitness Expert
- Exercise basics
- Cueing (giving instructions, both verbal & written)
- Fitness scoring & evaluations
- Fitness program design
- Sufficient knowledge in health-related risks such as chronic diseases and the implication to the fitness program the client needs to do
- Curiosity and patience
- Interpersonal skills - ability to make human-connection with clients
- Effective communication (verbal & written)
- Virtual coaching skills, such as: Clients' stage of change (i.e., contemplating, actions, etc.) ; Motivational interviewing (i.e., how to ask questions; affirmations; reflective listening; summaries) ; Tailoring coaching approach based on client context (i.e., stage of change, cultural context, etc.)
- Ability to meet acquisition & retention monthly target(s)
- Good decision-making skills & attention to detail
Nutritionist
- Nutrition basics (incl. macronutrients requirements, body composition)
- Energy systems (deficit, normal, surplus)
- Diet psychology
- Nutritional scoring & evaluations
- Food/meal planning & modification to support client's health outcome
- Sufficient knowledge in health-related risks such as chronic diseases and the implication to the nutritional intake to be taken / to be avoided
- Recent nutrition / diet trend (e.g., Vegan, OCD)
- Nutrition in client lifecycle (e.g., adult, pregnancy, post-pregnancy, etc.)
- Virtual coaching skills, such as: Clients' stage of change (i.e., contemplating, actions, etc.) ; Motivational interviewing (i.e., how to ask questions; affirmations; reflective listening; summaries) ; Tailoring coaching approach based on client context (i.e., stage of change, cultural context, etc.)
- Ability to meet acquisition & retention monthly target(s)
- Good decision-making skills & attention to detail
