Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in hospitality, guest relations, or customer-facing roles.
- Friendly and service-oriented, with strong communication skills.
- Able to multitask and stay composed during peak hours or VIP visits.
- Comfortable assisting VIP guests during sports and lifestyle activities.
- Proactive in preparing guest needs before arrival and during their visit.
- Able to coordinate effectively with operational and F&B teams.
- Quick to respond and handle guest complaints professionally.
- Well-groomed appearance with a professional attitude.
- Interest in sports and padel is a plus.
- Able to communicate professionally with both first-time guests and regular players.
Job Descriptions:
- Act as the main PIC for VIP guests during their visit at the venue.
- Prepare and ensure all guest needs are ready before arrival.
- Assist and accompany VIP guests during playing sessions and activities.
- Handle exclusive F&B requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and personalized service.
- Respond to guest complaints quickly, calmly, and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure VIP areas and guest experience meet company service standards.
- Provide attentive, personalized, and hospitality-driven service at all times.
