Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the villa to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure all team members follow company policies and SOPs.
- Assist the Villa Manager in overseeing Reservation, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other operational departments.
- Ensure the villa, guest rooms, and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Conduct daily inspections of villa facilities and report maintenance issues to the relevant department.
- Prepare staff schedules and assist in managing attendance and shift assignments.
- Train, coach, and support team members to maintain service excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Purchasing department for operational supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
- Assist in preparing operational reports and updates for management.
- Support the Villa Manager in achieving occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction targets.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when required.
- Act as the person in charge during the absence of the Villa Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, preferably as a Supervisor or Senior Staff in villa, hotel, or resort operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of villa or hotel operations.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-focused.
