Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry (villa, hotel, or resort experience preferred)

- Previous supervisory or leadership experience

- Good command of spoken and written English is required

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

- Highly organized with great attention to detail

- Familiar with housekeeping standards, maintenance coordination, and daily villa operations

- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and guest-oriented mindset

- Must be based in Lombok or willing to relocate
