Villa supervisor

This role is responsible for ensuring that each villa is clean, safe, well-maintained, and ready for guests at all times. The Villa Supervisor will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and maintain a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

• - Supervise daily villa operations and staff.
• - Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, pool cleaning, gardening, and other villa services.
• - Conduct regular villa inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall readiness.
• - Check villas before guest arrivals and after guest departures.
• - Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures professionally.
• - Monitor maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with technicians and contractors.
• - Ensure all staff follow company SOPs and service standards.
• - Manage staff schedules and daily task allocation.
• - Handle guest requests, complaints, and operational issues professionally.
• - Report guest-related, maintenance, and operational issues to management.
• - Monitor villa inventory, including amenities, linen, cleaning supplies, and other operational items.
• - Ensure multiple villas are managed efficiently and consistently according to AMMAR Bali standards.

Requirements

• - Previous experience in villa, hotel, or hospitality operations.
• - Previous supervisory or team leader experience is preferred.
• - Experienced in handling guest check-ins and check-outs.
• - Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and guest experiences.
• - Good communication and organizational skills.
• - Strong attention to detail.
• - Comfortable handling multiple tasks and managing several villas at the same time.
• - Good problem-solving skills.
• - Reliable, responsible, proactive, and able to take ownership of daily operations.
• - Able to work independently as well as lead and coordinate a team.
• - Good English communication skills.
• - Indonesian language is required.
• - Flexible with working schedules, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational needs.
