Unik Villa Management is currently seeking a friendly, well-presented, and service-oriented Villa Supervisor to join our team. This position plays an important role in ensuring that guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay, Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
- Serve as the main contact person for guests throughout their staff
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operational teams
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests
- Provide local recommendations and personalized service
- Address guest feedback or complaints professionally
- Report daily activities and issues to management
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or Villa Supervisor
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Neat appearance, courteous and professional demeanor
- Friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Bali-based (preferably near Uluwatu)
