Villa Supervisor (South Kuta Area)

Position-Specific Qualifications:

Villa Supervisor

- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping, maintenance, and other support staff efficiently.
- Ensure all villa areas, including guest rooms, public areas, and outdoor spaces, are always clean, well-maintained, and presentable.
- Welcome guests upon arrival, handle check-in and check-out processes, and address guest requests or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by handling guest complaints effectively and resolving operational issues to maintain service quality.
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as amenities, villa equipment, cleaning materials, and other operational needs.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper property maintenance.
- Organize staff work schedules and record attendance regularly.
- Coordinate with external vendors or service providers such as pest control and pool cleaning.
- Maintain accurate records related to maintenance, repairs, and service requests.
- Prepare and submit monthly operational and inventory reports to management as part of routine reporting.
