A Villa Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the villa to ensure a high standard of service and guest satisfaction. The role includes coordinating with all departments, managing staff performance, and ensuring that all villa facilities are well-maintained.
Key responsibilities include supervising check-in and check-out processes, handling guest requests and complaints efficiently, and ensuring all services meet company standards. The Villa Supervisor also monitors housekeeping and maintenance activities, ensures cleanliness and readiness of the villas, and conducts regular inspections.
In addition, the role involves managing staff schedules, training team members, and maintaining effective communication between departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering. The Villa Supervisor is also responsible for reporting operational issues to management and assisting in improving overall service quality.
