Job Description
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple villas/properties within the assigned area
- Ensure all properties achieve company standards in service, cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction
- Monitor operational performance, occupancy, revenue, and profitability of each property
- Lead, supervise, and develop Villa Managers, Supervisors, and operational teams
- Conduct regular property inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Analyze operational reports and implement strategies to improve efficiency and performance
- Coordinate with departments such as Reservations, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources
- Handle escalated guest complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Manage staffing requirements, recruitment, training, and employee performance evaluations
- Prepare budgets, control operational costs, and maximize revenue opportunities
- Ensure all properties comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company requirements
- Support business expansion, property openings, and special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in hospitality, villa management, hotel operations, or a similar leadership role
- Proven experience managing multiple properties or teams is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong understanding of villa/hotel operations, guest service, and property management
- Able to analyze operational and financial reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Possess a valid driver's license and willing to travel between properties
- Honest, disciplined, proactive, and results-oriented
