Villa Supervisor – Job Description & Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervise daily villa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
2. Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, and front office activities
3. Ensure all villas meet cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
4. Handle guest requests, complaints, and provide excellent customer service
5. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for operational needs
6. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
7. Prepare daily and monthly reports for management
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Villa Supervisor or similar role in hospitality
2. Strong leadership and team management skills
3. Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
4. Able to handle guest complaints professionally
5. Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
6. Familiar with villa operations, housekeeping, and maintenance
7. Available to join immediately is a plus
