Villa Supervisor (Already based in BALI)

Yolla Hospitality is looking for a Villa Supervisor to join our fast-growing team!

AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!

Basic Salary (probation period of 3 months): Rp. 4.500.000, -/ month.

Basic Salary (after probation): Rp. 6.000.000, -/ month, upon successful completion of the probation period, full coverage under BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan will be provided. 48 (forty eight) hours per week, working 6 (six) days with 1 (one) day off each week.

Position Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms. Strong English is a MUST.

Strong organisational, scheduling, and multitasking abilities.

Capability of working independently with minimal supervision.

Readiness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Currently located in Bali.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee daily villa operations, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and overall standards

Supervise and schedule staff; ensure productivity, discipline, and SOP compliance

Conduct regular inspections and address issues proactively

Coordinate and follow up on all maintenance and repairs with teams and vendors

Ensure all equipment is functional and issues are resolved promptly

Manage inventory, supplies, and utility tracking

Train and monitor staff performance; enforce company policies and standards

Maintain a positive, accountable team environment

Work closely with GRO team and communicate with guests when needed

Handle guest requests and resolve issues efficiently

Report to Operations Manager with updates, performance tracking, and improvement actions
