VILLA STAFF (ALL-ROUNDER)
Sukacita Hill is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and versatile Villa Staff to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who can assist with various daily villa operations, including housekeeping, cleaning, kitchen support, and guest service.
📍 Location: Uluwatu, Bali
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, common areas, and villa facilities.
* Perform housekeeping duties, including room preparation, linen changes, and laundry tasks.
* Assist with kitchen operations, including food preparation, serving, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
* Ensure all villa areas meet hygiene and presentation standards.
* Support daily operational needs and assist other team members when required.
* Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
* Report maintenance issues or guest requests to management promptly.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, villa operations, or food & beverage is preferred.
* Ability to perform multiple tasks and adapt to different operational needs.
* Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
* Honest, responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
* Good physical condition and willingness to perform hands-on tasks.
* Basic English communication skills are preferred.
* Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
