To support this strategic growth and ensure our new developments meet the highest standards of excellence, we are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team at our co-living and co-working space located in Kuta, Badung. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the quality experience for our residents and guests while contributing to the successful launch of our operations in one of Indonesia's most dynamic regions.

As the Villa Quality Assurance Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control and maintenance within our villa properties. Your key duties will include implementing rigorous quality management systems, leading housekeeping teams to maintain superior cleanliness standards, and ensuring that all facilities are in optimal condition through reliability engineering practices. You will also manage customer service expectations, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly, and utilize your expertise in villa management to deliver a seamless and high-quality living environment for our community.

We invite qualified candidates who possess a Bachelor's Degree and between one and three years of relevant experience to apply for this position. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word, alongside essential skills in quality assurance, quality control, teamwork, and reliability engineering.
