KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
— Full ownership of day-to-day villa operations
— Staff scheduling, supervision, and performance. Recruiting when is needed
— Guest relations
— Suppliers and services coordination
— Maintenance coordination and follow-up
— Inventory and supplier management
— Coordination with the admin on day-to-day operational matters
— Coordination with the events team for in-villa events
— Regular reporting to the Managing Director
