Gravity Villa Management – Bali
Gravity Villa Management is looking for an experienced and motivated Villa Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our luxury villas in Bali.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the assigned villa(s) to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, villa cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate villa staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other operational teams.
- Prepare and monitor staff schedules, attendance, and daily operational activities.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Conduct regular villa inspections and ensure all areas are maintained according to company standards.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Management teams.
- Monitor villa supplies, inventory, equipment, and operational needs.
- Ensure all company SOPs, policies, and service standards are properly implemented.
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers when required.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Take immediate and appropriate action in case of emergencies or operational issues.
- Support the management team in maintaining and improving villa performance and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in villa, hotel, or hospitality management.
- Previous experience as a Villa Manager, Hotel Supervisor, Duty Manager, or similar position is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Customer-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple operational tasks.
- Good knowledge of villa/hospitality operations and service standards.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Good computer and administrative skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
