We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Villa Manager to lead our team, ensure excellent guest experiences, and maintain the highest standards of our luxury villas.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily villa operations and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
* Lead, train, and motivate the villa team to deliver exceptional service.
* Manage reservations, guest requests, and special arrangements.
* Ensure villa maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.
* Monitor budgets, expenses, and inventory control.
* Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
* Build strong relationships with guests and business partners.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in hospitality or villa management.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
* Flexible, honest, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
