Yolla Hospitality is looking for a Villa Manager to join our fast-growing team.
Upon successful completion of the probation period, full coverage under BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan will be provided.
Working 6 (six) days with 1 (one) day off each week.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent guest service orientation and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of villa operations, housekeeping, and basic engineering functions.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to handle pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite
Duties & Responsibilities:
Guest Experience:
- Ensure all guest services are delivered at the highest standards, creating a welcoming and memorable stay.
- Supervise special requests, special events, and personalized services.
Operations & Property Maintenance
- Oversee day-to-day villa operations to ensure smooth workflows across all departments.
- Conduct regular inspections of the villa to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.
- Coordinate with engineering/maintenance teams to promptly resolve plumbing, electrical, structural, and other issues.
- Monitor villa facilities and equipment, ensuring all items are in good working condition.
- Maintain updated villa inventory and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
Staff Leadership & Development
- Manage villa staff, including scheduling, task allocation, training, and performance evaluation.
- Foster a positive workplace culture built on teamwork, professionalism, and guest-first service.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff to maintain high service standards.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring staff compliance.
- Maintain accurate staff records including attendance, training, and performance reviews.
Administration & Finance
- Maintain accurate reporting to senior management regarding villa operations, staff performance, and guest feedback.
Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinate with Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B departments for seamless service delivery.
- Provide regular updates to senior management with recommendations for improvements.
General
- Continuously review villa operations for ways to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance guest experience.
- Uphold company standards, policies, and values in all aspects of villa management.
- Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by management.
