Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Villa Manager to oversee daily villa operations, ensure high guest satisfaction, and manage the operational team efficiently.
This role requires a hands-on leader who understands hospitality operations end-to-end, has strong people management skills, and can maintain service standards while controlling costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Guest Experience
- Oversee daily villa operations including front office, housekeeping, engineering, and guest services
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out process and exceptional guest experience
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain service standards in line with brand and management expectations
- Team Management
- Supervise, schedule, and manage operational staff
- Conduct daily briefings and regular performance evaluations
- Train staff on SOPs, service standards, and safety procedures
- Build a positive, disciplined, and service-oriented team culture
- Property & Asset Management
- Ensure villas, facilities, and equipment are well maintained
- Coordinate with engineering and vendors for repairs and preventive maintenance
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and overall property condition at all times
- Financial & Cost Control
- Monitor daily operational expenses and control costs
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking
- Ensure efficient use of supplies and inventory
- Support management with basic operational reports
- Administration & Compliance
- Ensure SOPs are implemented and followed consistently
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and local regulations
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Coordinate with management and ownership regarding operational updates
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in villa, hotel, or resort operations
- Strong understanding of villa operations (front office, housekeeping, maintenance)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and guest-handling abilities
- Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Familiar with PMS and basic reporting tools
