In this pivotal position, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our prestigious villa and hotel properties in Tampaksiring. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of service and ensuring a seamless guest experience. You will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring all operational aspects run smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the daily operations of the villa and hotel properties.

- Handling guest inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.

- Preparing detailed reports and analyzing performance metrics to improve operations.

We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

- Male candidates preferred.

- A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.

- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong skills in discipline, teamwork, English language proficiency, communication, attention to detail, Microsoft Office software, and adaptability.
