Overview
The Villa Listing Specialist is responsible for preparing, publishing, and managing villa property listings across online platforms, company website, social media, and partner agents). The role ensures that all listings are accurate, appealing, and optimized to attract potential guests or buyers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Property Data & Content Management
- Collect villa details (location, facilities, amenities, pricing, availability).
- Write engaging and accurate property descriptions in English and Indonesian.
- Upload and update listings on multiple platforms (OTA, company site, social media).
- Ensure information is consistent, error-free, and up to date.
2. Photography & Media Coordination
- Taking photos and videos of villas & lands.
- Select and edit photos for professional presentation.
- Maintain an organized database of villa media assets.
3. Communication & Coordination
- Liaise with villa owners to collect required property documents and updates.
- Coordinate with the Villa Manager and Sales Team regarding availability, bookings, and promotions.
- Respond to inquiries related to villa information when required.
Requirements
- Must be reside in Uluwatu, South Kuta area.
- Experience in property listing, hospitality, or online marketing preferred.
- Strong communication skills (English & Indonesian).
- Basic photography/editing skills are a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
