Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes professionally
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a friendly and responsive manner
• Ensure villas are well-prepared and meet company standards before guest arrival
• Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and operational teams to ensure smooth operations
• Provide guests with information regarding villa facilities, services, and nearby attractions
• Maintain positive guest relations and ensure excellent guest experience throughout the stay
• Monitor guest satisfaction and report operational issues when necessary
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and overall readiness of the villa area
• Support daily operational activities as assigned by management
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, villa, hotel, or guest service positions
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented personality
• Able to communicate in English both spoken and written
• Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong teamwork, responsibility, and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with hospitality service standards is a plus
• Willing to work in Bali and able to join immediately is preferred
