VILLA COORDINATOR - BALI BASED CANDIDATES ONLY

Stay With Loca (SWL) is a villa management company based in Uluwatu, Bali, specializing in luxury villas, high-end hospitality, and lifestyle properties. Our company is looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced Villa Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our villa properties, ensuring that staff, maintenance, housekeeping, and property standards are well managed and consistently maintained.

This position is open only to candidates who are currently residing in Bali (Uluwatu, Jimbaran, Kuta Selatan, Denpasar, or nearby areas) and able to commute to Bingin, Uluwatu on a daily basis.

Position Details:

Position: Head Housekeeper

Working Days: 6 days per week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Bingin, Uluwatu.

Start Date: Can Join Immediately

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in villa management, hospitality operations, or a similar supervisory/coordination role.
• Proven experience in coordinating villa staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, gardening, pool, and other operational teams.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to conduct quality control and ensure villas meet operational and hospitality standards.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, repairs, contractors, and external vendors.
• Good administrative and reporting skills; proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Able to communicate professionally with management, staff, vendors, and guests when required.
• Highly organized, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to handle multiple properties and operational priorities simultaneously.
• Must own a motorbike and valid driving license; ability to drive a car is a plus.
• Currently based in Bali, preferably Uluwatu, Jimbaran, Kuta Selatan, or nearby, and able to commute between villa properties.
• Flexible to respond to urgent operational matters outside normal working hours when necessary.
• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
