🌿 We Are Hiring: Villa Operations & Guest Coordinator
Location: Padang Padang (Uluwatu)
The Mahaloka Uluwatu is not just a villa; it is a soulful, adults-only sanctuary. We are looking for a proactive, warm, and organized professional to be the "heart of the house"—managing our daily operations and ensuring every guest feels truly cared for.

We are looking for someone who blends operational precision with genuine hospitality. You will be the bridge between our guests, our team, and our brand.
✨ Your Core Responsibilities:
Guest Experience: Be the welcoming face of The Mahaloka. Manage all guest communication (WhatsApp/Email) with warmth and professionalism, from initial inquiry to check-out, complain or review.
Reservations Management: Manage bookings, calendar sync, and payments flawlessly.
Team Coordination: Lead our small, on-site team (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Gardener) to ensure our high standards of cleanliness and "sanctuary" vibes are met daily.
Operations: proactive problem-solving, handling special requests, and ensuring the property is always perfect.
Reporting: Prepare simple weekly updates on occupancy and guest feedback.
✅ Who You Are:
Female, Age, 22–35 years old.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Experienced: Minimum 1 year in hospitality (Villa, Boutique Hotel, or Resort).
Communicator: Excellent written and spoken English is a must, any other language is a plus. You are comfortable chatting with international guests.
Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using OTA platforms (Airbnb, BDC, etc). Candidates with prior experience using Guesty have a distinct advantage (Please mention it).
Character: You are friendly, honest, detail-oriented who takes pride in your work.
