📍 Nusa Ceningan, Bali
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Villa Attendant to join our Housekeeping team.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience as Villa Attendant / Room Attendant / Housekeeping Attendant in a hotel, resort, or villa.
• Good understanding of housekeeping procedures and villa cleaning standards.
• Able to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of guest villas.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Physically fit and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be based in Nusa Ceningan.
• Able to join immediately or within a short notice period.
Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain guest villas according to company standards.
• Prepare villas for guest arrival and ensure proper room setup.
• Perform daily cleaning, making beds, bathroom cleaning, dusting, mopping, and replenishment of amenities.
• Handle linen and housekeeping supplies properly.
• Conduct room/villa inspection and report any maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping areas.
• Ensure guest requests related to housekeeping are handled promptly and professionally.
• Follow all housekeeping SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
