Coco Development Group is a Bali-based property and lifestyle development company creating unique hospitality, resort, and lifestyle destinations. We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer / Video Editor to help bring our brands and projects to life through engaging visual content.

Job Description

As a Videographer / Video Editor, you will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality video content for our resorts, developments, events, and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing team to create compelling content for social media, digital advertising, and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content.

Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms.

Capture property, lifestyle, hospitality, and event footage.

Edit videos using modern storytelling techniques, transitions, sound design, captions, and color grading.

Organize and manage video assets and project files.

Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts and campaigns.

Utilize AI tools where appropriate to improve workflow and content quality.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Videographer and/or Video Editor.

Must own and be experienced with professional camera equipment and editing software.

Strong understanding of video composition, lighting, and audio.

Experience creating social media content with strong engagement.

Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro.

Experience with AI-assisted editing tools is an advantage.

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Based in Bali or willing to relocate.

Comfortable completing a practical editing test as part of the recruitment process.

Preferred Skills

Drone operation and aerial videography.

Motion graphics and animation.

Photography experience.

Social media content strategy knowledge.
