Joy Group, a multinational beauty company HQ’d in Shanghai, is making waves in Indonesia with the launch of Judydoll — our first playful and expressive beauty brand. We're looking for a Videographer with a creative eye for storytelling, strong technical skills, and a passion for creating engaging visual content that brings our brand to life across digital platforms. 🎥✨
🧠 What You'll Be Doing:
As a Videographer, you'll produce high-quality video content that strengthens Judydoll's brand presence across social media, marketing campaigns, e-commerce, and offline activations. You'll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to turn ideas into compelling visual stories that connect with our audience. 💖
🎬 Your day-to-day includes:
- Capture high-quality photos and videos using professional cameras and iPhones for social media and marketing purposes.
- Set up and manage studio, including lighting, camera settings, equipment, and shooting arrangements.
- Handle the end-to-end production process, from preparation and shooting to editing and delivering ready-to-post content.
- Produce engaging photo and video content that highlights product details and aligns with Judydoll's brand identity.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm content ideas and execute campaign concepts.
- Manage studio equipment and maintain an organized shooting environment.
🎥 You're the one if you:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Videographer, Content Creator, or a similar role.
- Skilled in using professional cameras and iPhones for both videography and photography.
- Strong understanding of lighting, camera settings, composition, and studio equipment.
- Experience setting up and operating a mini photo or video studio is highly preferred.
- Familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or other photo and video editing software.
- Has an eye for detail, especially when capturing beauty or makeup products. Knowledge of the beauty industry is a strong plus.
- Creative, proactive, and enjoys brainstorming fresh content ideas with the team.
- Easygoing, practical, and adaptable to both studio and outdoor shooting environments.
- Comfortable working WFO from Setiabudi, South Jakarta.
