We are looking for a proactive and creative Personal Videographer & Executive Assistant to support our daily activities, content creation, and business operations. This role involves accompanying me to meetings, events, business trips, and day-to-day activities while capturing, editing, and managing video content across various platforms.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Videography
Accompany me during meetings, events, shoots, business trips, and daily activities.
Capture high-quality video footage for social media, marketing, and personal branding purposes.
Create engaging short-form and long-form video content.
Assist with content planning, shot lists, and creative execution.
Organize and manage video files and content archives.
Video Editing
Edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Add captions, transitions, sound effects, music, and motion graphics when necessary.
Ensure content is delivered on schedule and aligned with brand guidelines.
Stay updated on content trends and suggest creative ideas.
Executive & Personal Assistance
Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Accompany and assist during business meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Help manage communications and ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and provide general support as needed.
Requirements
Experience in videography and video editing.
Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of social media content and current digital trends.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Flexible schedule and willingness to travel when required.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Possession of personal camera equipment is a plus.
