Responsibilities
- Oversee the full video production process — from concept development, shooting, to post-production.
- Capture brand stories, campaigns, and social content that align with each client’s creative direction and objectives.
- Collaborate with the creative team — including creative directors, copywriters, and content strategists.
- Manage and maintain organized video assets, ensuring smooth workflow and file management.
- Contribute creative input to elevate visual direction and storytelling quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a videographer and video editor (strong portfolios from fresh graduates are welcome).
- Skilled in camera operation, lighting setup, and sound recording.
- Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or motion graphics is an advantage.
- Strong visual sense and understanding of composition, pacing, and narrative flow.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to deliver under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, creative, and up to date with the latest visual and social media trends.
- Owning personal equipment is a plus.
