The Green Collective × Franz — Pererenan, Bali

We're a two-brand family on Sampol Street:

→ The Green Collective — premium organic wellness grab-and-go

→ Franz — small-batch cinnamon rolls & specialty matcha

We're looking for someone behind the camera. You shoot, you edit, you tell our story in motion. Long-term role, direct collaboration with founders.

You'll:

Shoot weekly Reels and TikToks across both brands (product, BTS, lifestyle, build in public)

Edit fast — same-day turnaround for trending sounds and moments

Capture in-store moments and lifestyle scenes that feel real, not staged

Stay on top of food and wellness trends on Instagram and TikTok

You bring:

Strong portfolio of Reels, TikToks, or short-form video (food, lifestyle, or wellness preferred)

Confident on camera direction — you can guide our team, baristas, and bakers to perform naturally

Fast with mobile editing (CapCut) and confident with desktop (Premiere or Final Cut)

Eye for two distinct moods: editorial minimalism (TGC) and playful femininity (Franz)

Own camera or phone setup with stabilizer

4–5 days per week, in-person at our shops

Based in or near Canggu / Pererenan

Fluent English

Nice to have:

Basic graphic design (Adobe or Illustrator) for occasional social graphics

Photography skills for product shoots
