ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative, fast, detail-oriented, and reliable Videographer & Video Editor to join Nabila Fenelia’s personal brand and creative team
- You will be responsible for producing high quality short form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- We are looking for someone who understands that great content is not only about having a good camera, it is about storytelling, creativity, speed, and understanding what makes people want to watch
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Plan and execute video shoots for personal branding and commercial content
* Shoot Reels, TikTok, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, event, behind the scenes, and storytelling content
* Understand composition, lighting, framing, camera movement, and audio
* Edit short form videos optimized for Instagram and TikTok
* Create engaging hooks, pacing, transitions, subtitles, and visual storytelling
* Deliver edited content according to agreed deadlines
* Organize and back up raw footage and project files
* Work closely with the Social Media & Brand Growth Specialist
* Execute content concepts and creative briefs
* Develop new visual concepts and production ideas
* Stay updated with current short-form video trends
REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor
* Strong portfolio/showreel, especially Reels, TikTok, and short-form content
* Strong understanding of vertical video
* Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and storytelling
* Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent
* Able to edit efficiently with a fast turnaround
* Creative eye and strong attention to detail
* Reliable and able to meet deadlines
* Comfortable working on location for shoots, events, and activities
* Experience working with influencers, creators, talent, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or commercial brands is a plu
* Own camera/equipment is a plus, but not mandatory if you demonstrate strong technical capability

Doesn’t simply record and edit according to instructions
We want someone who can look at a scene and say:
“This would make a stronger Reel if we shoot it this way”
You should understand content, storytelling, trends, and personal branding, not only camera operation
PROBATION KPI
During the 2-month probation period, you will be evaluated based on:
* Quality of video production
* Editing quality and consistency
* Editing turnaround time
* Ability to produce multiple usable pieces of content from one shooting session
* Visual consistency and personal branding direction
* Ability to adapt content based on trends and performance.
* Reliability and punctuality
* File organization and backup
* Ability to collaborate effectively with the Social Media & Brand Growth Specialist.
COMPENSATION
Rp3,000,000–Rp6,000,000/month
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, portfolio, technical skills, equipment, capabilities, and responsibilities
