Job Description
- Create engaging portrait video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts.
- Create landscape video content for YouTube and other long-form content platforms.
- Plan and execute pre-production activities, including concept development, shot lists, and production preparation.
- Handle video production, including camera setup, lighting, audio, and on-site shooting.
- Edit videos for various digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency and visual quality.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop content ideas and campaigns.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with current trends in beauty, skincare, makeup, and digital content creation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, makeup, and content creation.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Strong understanding of videography techniques, camera operation, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling.
- Possess solid photography fundamentals, including composition, lighting, and camera settings.
- Photography skills are required.
- Experience in photo editing using Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Lightroom is a strong advantage.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles and typography to support video editing, thumbnails, and content visuals is a plus.
- Creative, detail-oriented, responsive, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Logical thinker with good problem-solving abilities.
- Able to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Always up-to-date with the latest content, video, and social media trends, especially within the beauty industry.
