Job Description
* Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
* Handle the entire video production process, from pre-production and filming to post-production.
* Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment during production.
* Edit both short-form and long-form videos with strong storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail.
* Create engaging content using subtitles, motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects when needed.
* Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to execute content ideas that align with the brand.
* Ensure all projects are delivered on time while maintaining high creative standards.
* Organize and manage video assets for future use.
Requirements
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Videographer & Video Editor or a similar role.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
* Proficient in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and basic visual effects.
* Strong understanding of videography, lighting, camera operation, composition, and storytelling.
* Ability to independently manage the end-to-end video production process.
* Detail-oriented, creative, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Must have a portfolio or showreel showcasing both videography and video editing work.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Experience covering events, interviews, podcasts, or commercial productions.
* Knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and content optimization for digital platforms.
